01 · COMMERCIAL TERMS
Pay only after a retained hire.
There is no platform fee or retainer. For each employee hired, the success fee is two times gross monthly base salary. Variable compensation is excluded. No invoice is issued before the employee completes six months of continuous employment. The success fee is invoiced only after that retention condition is met.
02 · ATTRIBUTION
Qualified Introduction.
A Qualified Introduction occurs when an identifiable candidate profile is presented to the company, or when an authorized candidate conversation is created and the candidate is introduced to the company. Attribution begins at the Qualified Introduction. A success fee becomes payable only if the candidate is hired or engaged within the following 12 months.
03 · EXCLUSIONS
When no fee applies.
- A candidate found internally but never shown to the company.
- Outreach without a response or resulting introduction.
- A candidate already actively interviewing when the company documents that status within five business days of the Qualified Introduction.
04 · COVERED HIRES
Original or different role.
Attribution covers a hire for the original role or a different role. A contractor or other paid engagement is covered only under the pricing defined in the applicable Work Order.
